We sometimes get asked what, exactly, a mortgage broker does – and, no, it’s not a silly question.


As your broker, I provide expert loans advice and represent your interests with lenders. That means I:

  • Compare home loans for you – including interest rates, loan features and fees

  • Explain the pros and cons of different lenders – including their processing times and customer service

  • Recommend lenders and loans that suit your unique scenario

  • Negotiate with lenders to help you get a competitive interest rate – and possibly special discounts too

  • Advise you on how to structure your loan

  • Maximise your chances of approval by presenting the loan application in a way that’s tailored to that lender’s unique requirements

  • Manage the loan application process on your behalf, saving you time and stress
